For Skipper Pipes, Corporate Social Responsibility is an extension of our core purpose— delivering safe, sustainable infrastructure while uplifting the people and environments around us. Every initiative is designed to create long-term value, strengthen local communities, and build trust in the regions where we operate.
Enable inclusive learning opportunities
Improve well-being in plant-adjacent villages
Empower youth with employable skills
At Skipper Pipes, we believe education is the foundation of empowered communities. Our initiatives focus on enabling access to quality learning by improving school infrastructure, upgrading classroom facilities, and distributing essential educational materials across underserved regions.
A flagship program, “Beti Padhao Abhiyaan,” was launched to promote girl-child education. Through this initiative, we have proudly sponsored the academic journey of over 1,200 girls in Kolkata, supporting them with school fees, uniforms, books, and learning tools — laying the groundwork for a brighter, more inclusive future.
Skipper Foundation actively undertakes health-centric initiatives aimed at improving the well-being of communities residing near our manufacturing plants. As part of our commitment to building healthier ecosystems, we have introduced regular health check-up camps and safe drinking water facilities in underserved rural areas. These initiatives not only raise health awareness but also ensure access to essential services — fostering trust and resilience in the regions we serve
Skipper Pipes has entered an exclusive Memorandum of Understanding with the Indian Plumbing Skills Council (IPSC) to train and certify more than 10,000 youth —urban and rural alike—under the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) program. The agreement, signed in the presence of Mr. Rajiv Pratap Rudy, Hon’ble Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, underscores Skipper’s commitment to building India’s infrastructure through trusted expertise, industry-leading innovation, and community empowerment.
